Payment can be made via PayPal or Stripe. All banks in Thailand are supported; payments can be made using credit cards or through bank transfers.
• Cash on delivery
You can quickly purchase items with cash on delivery without needing to enter any credit card details or payment information.
Cash on delivery is only available in Thailand and in Thai Baht currency. The product price, including shipping fees, will be displayed on the website after you place your order. Payment must be made upon delivery. In case of cancellation or return, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the product being returned to Dynotech.
• Transfer money via bank
Bank transfers are the most popular payment method in Thailand, accounting for up to 50% of online payment services. Simply having a bank account allows you to make payments without any additional steps, and the payment will be made directly to our store.
Payment can be made, and a full refund will be given.
• Credit card
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and JCB credit card payments. Transactions will be made from us to your credit card company via 2C2P while your order is being shipped from our warehouse. You are not permitted to split payments, whether using the same payment method or different payment methods. Payments must be made in a single lump sum.
Your credit card information will be stored at 2C2P under a securely encrypted database.

In e-commerce services, the purpose of obtaining and the name of the end-user for credit card information such as credit card name, credit card number, and expiration date are specified.
Payment methods
Paying via PayPal, both domestically and internationally, is easy using email or phone number through the app/website. It connects to credit/debit cards or balances and supports over 200 countries and multiple currencies. Currency conversion fees apply for international transfers.

Sign up and link your account: Sign up and link your credit/debit card or bank account to your PayPal account.
Payment for goods/services (Online Shopping): Select the PayPal icon on the store's website, then log in to confirm payment.
Transfer money to a friend/family (Send Money):
Go to the "Send" menu.
Enter the recipient's email address or phone number.
Enter the amount and select the currency (if applicable).
Select "Send money to friends/family" to avoid fees (if any).
Review the details and click confirm.
Use PayPal.Me: Click through the PayPal.Me link you received -> Enter the amount -> Confirm payment.

Things to know when using it.
Domestic payments (THB): Most are free of charge if using your account balance.
International payments: PayPal will deduct funds from your linked card, and a currency conversion fee of approximately 2.5% - 3% or more may apply.
International Money Transfers: Easily transfer money internationally with PayPal (and others) - Wise recommends checking fees and exchange rates before confirming.

For Stripe accounts in Thailand, you can accept payments through the following popular local payment methods used by Thais:
PromptPay: Supports payment via QR code scanning, which is the most widespread method in Thailand.
Domestic debit and credit cards: Major cards like Visa and Mastercard are supported.
E-wallets (digital wallets): TrueMoney Wallet, LINE Pay, and Rabbit LINE Pay are supported.
Installment payments: Customers can be set up to pay in installments via participating credit cards.
International payment methods
Stripe makes it easier for Thai businesses to expand globally through its cross-border payment platform , supporting customers in over 195 countries.
International Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards from around the world.
Global Wallets: Supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing international customers to make payments with a single click.
Local payment methods vary by country.
Europe: For example, iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), or Giropay (Germany).
China: Supports Alipay and WeChat Pay.
International bank transfers: Supports SEPA transfers in Europe or ACH transfers in the United States.
Important information for use in Thailand.
Fees: For domestic cards and PromptPay, starting at approximately 3.65% + 10 THB per transaction (subject to change depending on card type and sales volume).
Payment processing time: Stripe will transfer the funds to your Thai bank account within 7 business days after receiving payment.
Tax Management: Businesses in Thailand can check Stripe fee and tax details to correctly deduct the 3% withholding tax.
